Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on the FlarePath Platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform; or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

Disclaimer

The materials on the FlarePath Platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall FlarePath or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the FlarePath Platform, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Export Controls (ITAR/EAR)

All information and analytics provided by the FlarePath Platform are derived exclusively from publicly available, unclassified sources. No controlled technical data, as defined under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120-130) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730-774), is collected, stored, or distributed by this platform. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform and any derived analysis complies with all applicable U.S. and international export control laws. Access from sanctioned countries or by sanctioned individuals is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location for the resolution of any disputes.
